Private visits ...

We can arrange private tours of the Mansion on any day on when the Mansion is not open to the general public. There is a minimum requirement of 15 people or a minimum charge of £150. A non-refundable deposit of £75 is required with your completed booking form.

The cost of the visit is £10 per person (with no concessions), which covers the provision of our mini-buses to take visitors from the car park to the Mansion, and the services of tour guides.

We can provide hot and cold drinks and if you would like food then please discuss the possibilities with Hannah Jones in the Mansion office (contact details below)

Tours of the house normally take about one-and-a-half hours but can be arranged to suit your requirements. However, please allow an extra hour in your schedule for your transfer to and from the car park, as the Mansion is about one mile from the car park.

We have a number of volunteers who are prepared to travel to your venue to give a talk on the Mansion.

Frequently, these talks lead to groups arranging a private visit to the Mansion itself.
