The Acapaellies Choir, led by Eleanor Holliday, are a local polyphonic choir with 40 members.
Winter Hymnal promises to bring the spirit of the equinox to the cathedral-like spaces of the Neo-gothic Woodchester Mansion. Following their very successful summer visit, this local community choir return with their polyphonic harmonies, to capture both the resonances of the historic structure and the imagination of the listeners. Join the audience to experience a peaceful, restful and reflective start to a busy time of year.

Practicalities: Please park in the NT Buckholt car park at Woodchester Park, just off the B4066 at Coaley Peak. A minibus will be available at the foot of the car park steps to take the audience down to the Mansion, and return. First bus for 5:30pm performance at 4:50pm at car park, for 7pm performance at 6:15pm.
The Mansion can be chilly in winter, even in our heated drawing room. Please be sure to wear warm clothes, if you’re sensitive to cold it’s a good idea to bring an extra layer.
